- Perform record reviews in such a ways as to maintain the highest level of quality and timeliness for MedAssurant’s overall chart abstraction service delivery, including;
- Electronically downloading record reviews to assigned computer system and data collection tool (DCT);
- Requesting and logging-out from secure storage hard-copy charts received by MedAssurant that are requiring of review;

- Scanning relevant components of medical record to support each review per MedAssurant guidelines;

The Team Lead, Communication Center Clinical Operations reports to the Manager, Communication Center Operations. The Team Lead is directly responsible for the day to day and the overall performance, training and development of the nursing team assigned to telephonic member outreach for information collection, coaching and education. The teams will consist of 10-12 clinician FTE for which the Lead will monitor and drive individual performance, quality and productivity, including providing direct coaching, support and feedback.

Job Requirements: - 3-5 years experience in healthcare data analysis;
- Strong background in research design, methodologies and analytical/statistical procedures;
- Experience with multivariate regression techniques, and other standard statistical, biostatistical, epidemiologic, econometric, and/or actuarial analytic techniques;
- Understanding of a wide range of statistical concepts and methodologies;
- Experience with healthcare utilization and/or outcomes research;
- Experience with data coding and medical terminology;
