Keith R. Dunleavy, M.D. – President, Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Director
Dr. Dunleavy serves as President and CEO for MedAssurant, Inc., a nationwide provider of healthcare quality, care management, and financial performance improvement solutions empowered by advanced data analysis, abstraction, and verification systems.  In this role, Dr. Dunleavy is responsible for the overall execution of the Company’s business plan, expansion of strategic relationships, and the identification and realization of Company product strategy and visionDuring his tenure at MedAssurant, Dr. Dunleavy has focused on addressing the rising role of patient-specific healthcare data; the coordinated integration, abstraction and analysis of its discordant sources; and the resulting realization of material improvements in healthcare outcomes and concurrent financial performance.  Prior to organizing the first predecessor affiliates of MedAssurant, Dr. Dunleavy worked in areas of management consulting designed to leverage the benefits of multidisciplinary personnel teams with prowess within the basic sciences, software technology, business strategy, finance, and operational scaling.  In this role he has served in a wide range of design, strategy, and management positions for an array of basic science research, corporate development initiatives, and private equity projects.  Dr. Dunleavy received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Engineering with High Honors from Dartmouth College where his thesis work focused on applications of computer-simulated artificial human cerebellar functional units.  Dr. Dunleavy earned his doctorate in medicine from Harvard Medical School, completed his medical residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, practiced and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.  Dr. Dunleavy has authored or co-authored a number of scientific journal articles, abstracts, and proprietary research papers and has presented his work and materials at multiple national and international conferences.

Cary Sennett, M.D., Ph.D. – Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Cary Sennett serves as Chief Medical Officer for MedAssurant, Inc. In this role, Dr. Sennett is responsible for the development, maintenance, and improvement of MedAssurant's clinical technical specifications, policies, procedures, and applications related to clinical best practices, quality, regulatory compliance, and outcomes. Dr. Sennett's industry experience in these areas is extensive. Prior to arriving at MedAssurant, Dr. Sennett served as Senior Vice President at the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) where, over the course of his four years there, he had responsibility for research and development, strategy, clinical analytics, and communications. Prior to ABIM, Dr. Sennett served as Vice President of Research and Development and Chief Innovation Officer at Ingenix, Inc. (a UnitedHealth company). Preceding this, Dr. Sennett was the Vice President for Science and Quality Improvement at the American College of Cardiology (ACC) where he was also responsible for the College’s National Cardiovascular Data Registry. Before his position at the ACC, he was Executive Vice President at the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) where he oversaw the extensive development and expansion of NCQA's HEDIS® standards and Quality Compass. Before that, Dr. Sennett was Vice President for Research and Development at USQA, a Medical Director at US Healthcare, Inc., and Medical Director for Clinical Quality at Aetna Life and Casualty. Dr. Sennett graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in Biology from Stanford University, received his M.D. from Yale University School of Medicine, and earned a Ph.D. in health policy and management from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management. Dr. Sennett undertook his clinical training at Harvard's Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Community Health Plan in Boston, Massachusetts, and is licensed and boarded in Internal Medicine. Dr. Sennett is extensively known within the healthcare community having performed over 100 presentations and having published nearly 50 papers regarding the measurement and improvement of clinical quality, care, and outcomes. He was Vice Chair of the AMA-Physician Consortium for Performance Improvement (PCPI) from 2006-2009.

Gregory Jones – Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Jones serves as Chief Technology Officer for MedAssurant where he is responsible for the oversight of all development, maintenance, security, connectivity, redundancy, and support of all technology requirements of both internal operations and the products and services of the Company. Mr. Jones has more than 20 years of experience in proprietary software development and large-scale data warehouses, data management, data mining, and infrastructure capabilities within systems spanning the globe and measuring multi-hundreds of terabytes. Prior to joining MedAssurant, Mr. Jones led the IT organization for the wireless broadband division of Sprint Nextel Corporation known as XOHM wireless, a $7 billion joint venture with Google, Time Warner and Comcast. In this role, Mr. Jones was responsible for the system-wide design and build with a staff in excess of 800 personnel, spanning six countries on four continents, developing and deploying over 200 applications, and the coordination of 27 different technology vendors. Preceding, and leading to his leadership of the XOHM project, Mr. Jones was Vice President of Enterprise Applications at Sprint Nextel where he was responsible for the $120 million applications technology budget at Sprint Nextel, as well as overseeing the technology components of post-merger integration of the Sprint and Nextel transaction, fulfilling data warehouse, application, connectivity, vendor renegotiations, and both SEC and FCC compliance management. Prior to the merger of Sprint and Nextel, Mr. Jones served as Senior Director of Corporate Systems at Nextel Communications where he was responsible for Nextel’s data warehouses, corporate security and privacy applications, amongst other functions. Preceding this, Mr. Jones served an extensive range of technology, project management, development, and analyst positions and assignments at AT&T Corporation, Booz, Allen, & Hamilton, Xerox Corporation and IBM. Mr. Jones holds a Masters of Science from American University in Washington, D.C., and received a bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.

John M. Green – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Green serves as Chief Financial Officer for MedAssurant where he is responsible for the oversight of all financial activities, reporting, audit, and related compliance obligations of the Company. In addition, Mr. Green maintains responsibility over the Company’s Human Resources and Corporate Administration departments. Mr. Green has more than 30 years of executive management experience in financial, human resources, strategy, acquisitions, and corporate operations oversight within a broad number of Fortune 500, private, and publicly traded companies within the US and Europe. Prior to Joining MedAssurant, Mr. Green served for four years as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of comScore, Inc., a NASDAQ publicly traded, global marketing data intelligence company. Prior to his time with comScore, Mr. Green served a series of roles within Invitrogen Corporation, a global life sciences NASDAQ publicly traded company with over 4,500 employees. Within Invitrogen, Mr. Green served as US Services Business Leader and Chief Financial Officer of the BioReliance division, General Manager of Business Integration, and led the sale of InforMax to Invitrogen as its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Preceding his tenure at Invitrogen, Mr. Green served a number of senior roles within the Marriott and PepsiCo companies during a combined 22 years. These roles and responsibilities included serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations for HMSHost Corporation, Senior Vice President of Finance for Marriott International, Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of Marriott International, Senior Vice President of Planning and Chief Financial Officer of Host Marriott Corporation, and Director of Finance for Central Europe and Director of Business Planning for strategic and annual planning processes for PepsiCo. Preceding his tenure at PepsiCo, Mr. Green served as a management consultant with Arthur Anderson and Company. Mr. Green holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Tufts University.

Daniel L. Rizzo, CFA – Chief Product Officer
Mr. Rizzo serves as Chief Product Officer for MedAssurant. In this role, Mr. Rizzo holds responsibility for the coordination and oversight of all product development and material product updates and expansions of capability, including design, functionality, development, quality testing processes, and modularized rollouts and operational expansions. Mr. Rizzo is also responsible for all aspects of the Company’s dataset assets, including processes to support and achieve high integrity, reliability, and security; accuracy and efficiency of integration; comprehensive policies and procedures for access and utilization; and ultimate realization of value for the Company, clients, and the healthcare community. In addition to these roles, Mr. Rizzo serves as the Company’s Security Officer. Prior to this role at MedAssurant, Mr. Rizzo has served a number of senior management positions assigned to the oversight of data analytics and processing; data integration and mapping aspects of the service delivery process; oversight and implementation of the Company’s information technology security policies and procedures; and the coordination of financial planning and modeling associated with new product design. Prior to assuming his position with MedAssurant, Mr. Rizzo served as Vice President of Product Development for Founding Advisors, Inc., a specialized management consulting firm. In the service of Founding Advisors, Mr. Rizzo served in various product development roles on behalf of Founding Medical Informatics, Inc. and the Medical Reliance Group, LLC, including leading the technology and software design and development of the core products of Medical Site Reviewers. Prior to joining Founding Advisors, Mr. Rizzo was a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he advised clients in the health care, telecommunications, and insurance industries. Mr. Rizzo holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Loyola College in Maryland.

Raymond Walheim, Esq. – Chief Legal Officer
Mr. Walheim serves as Chief Legal Officer for MedAssurant, where he is responsible for oversight for all legal affairs of the Company. Mr. Walheim also serves as the Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer for the Company, with oversight of all regulatory compliance, data privacy and security matters, and is the Corporate Secretary for the Company and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to assuming his current position with MedAssurant, Mr. Walheim served as General Counsel for Founding Medical Informatics, with a role with fundamentally similar responsibilities and through which Mr. Walheim gained substantial experience regarding legal matters within the healthcare and technology arenas. Prior thereto, Mr. Walheim was an attorney at Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP where he advised rapid growth clients as a member of the firm’s Business Law Department, and the Technology and Emerging Companies, and Securities and Mergers and Acquisitions Groups. Mr. Walheim has served in leadership positions with a number of professional associations and is an active member of the American Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. He serves on numerous committees and initiatives, including committees on eHealth, Privacy & Security, Medical Research, Biotechnology & Clinical Ethical Issues, Information Security, Privacy and Data Security. Through these industry practice groups, Mr. Walheim is involved in addressing legal issues arising from the use of information and communications technology in healthcare, including issues related to the acquisition and operation of health information systems and networks, electronic medical records, telemedicine, electronic prescribing, Internet and e-mail communications, operation of Web sites, expert diagnostic systems, clinical data repositories and master patient indexes, confidentiality and security, electronic signatures, and ownership of healthcare data. Mr. Walheim has also previously served as Chairman of the Committee on Securities Regulation of the Philadelphia Bar Association and was a member of the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section, and is active with the Negotiated Acquisitions Committee and Venture Capital and Private Equity Committee of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section. Mr. Walheim has written and spoken on a variety of legal and business topics, including securities, venture capital, finance and emerging company issues. Mr. Walheim holds a B.S.A degree in Accounting from Villanova University and his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law.

Bruce F. Boggs – Senior Vice President of Healthcare Data Insights
Mr. Boggs serves as the Senior Vice President of Healthcare Data Insights for MedAssurant where he is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s Insights product and service lines. In this role, Mr. Boggs has overall responsibility for the development, expansion, operation, and support of the Company’s solutions regarding Comparative Effectiveness Research, Business Intelligence, Research & Clinical Trial Support, Safety & Surveillance, and Custom Datasets & Registries. Prior to joining MedAssurant, Mr. Boggs served for six years at IMS Health, most recently as Senior Vice President for Global Marketing and External Affairs where he was responsible for driving mission critical global strategies aimed at maintaining and expanding profitable growth across the $2.4 billion leading healthcare informatics company. In this role, Mr. Boggs led global expansion efforts as well as both domestic and international political, legal, and public relations initiatives. Prior to this position, Mr. Boggs served as IMS’ Senior Vice President and President of IMS Americas where he led a staff of 2,600 in the fulfillment of the growth and operation of all IMS businesses across both North America and South America. In this position, Mr. Boggs led significant growth initiatives within healthcare informational analytics and consulting services, as well as the development of lateral product expansions into long term care and managed care marketplaces. Prior to this, Mr. Boggs served as IMS’ Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing over a staff of more than 200 personnel. Mr. Boggs’s tenure at IMS was preceded with 25 years at IBM where he served a wide array of escalating responsibilities, ultimately placing him as General Manager of Personal Systems Group Americas, Sales and Service, where he was responsible for leading growth, profitability and operations of more than 800 personnel overseeing more than $4.3 billion in IBM’s revenue. Prior to this role, Mr. Boggs served IBM as General Manager of the Health Care Industry where he was appointed to lead IBM’s $870 million healthcare industry sector across the U.S. Prior to his General manager role at IBM, Mr. Boggs held a number of positions in industry strategy, sales, and marketing. Mr. Boggs graduated with a Bachelors in Science in computer science from the University of South Carolina.

John F. Schultz – Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Schultz serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for MedAssurant where he is responsible for the oversight of all company branding, marketing, sales, and business development efforts of the Company. Prior to joining MedAssurant, Mr. Schultz served for eight years at IMS Health, most recently as Global Practice Leader of Market Research Services where he had worldwide responsibility for providing implementation and outsourcing healthcare data analysis services across the entirety of IMS’ healthcare customer landscape. Prior to this role, Mr. Schultz served as Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales for IMS Health where he had sales and account management responsibilities for IMS’ largest market at nearly $1 billion in annual revenue across all product lines, including healthcare data analytics, information, and related services. Prior to his heading U.S sales for IMS, Mr. Schultz was responsible for international market development and sales expansion as Senior Vice President of Sales and Major Markets for IMS’ EMEA region where Mr. Schultz created the company’s first pan-European sales executive position and directed sales across all 42 European markets, representing over $500 million in revenue. Mr. Schultz’s tenure at IMS was preceded with 22 years at IBM where he held a wide array of escalating positions, ultimately placing him as Vice President of Marketing for IBM’s EMEA server group efforts, where he held responsibility over all branding, product management, and demand generation activities for IBM’s entire server and storage lines across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Mr. Schultz graduated with a BA in economics and political science from Vanderbilt University.

Rick Lasch – Executive Vice President of Clinical & Quality Outcomes Analysis and Improvement Solutions, Corporate Director
Mr. Lasch serves as Executive Vice President of the Clinical and Quality Outcomes Analysis and Improvement Solutions Services for MedAssurant where he is responsible for management, development, oversight, and quality provision of MedAssurant’s nationwide clinical and quality outcomes data aggregation, analysis, reporting, and improvement service for clients in all 50 states. In addition, Mr. Lasch is responsible for supporting custom hybrid data aggregation initiatives necessitated for Comparative Effectiveness Research (CER), Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR), Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Sets (HEDIS®), and clinical trials and research initiatives within custom datasets and registry initiatives. Prior to assuming his current position within MedAssurant, Mr. Lasch served as the President of the Medical Reliance Group, where he led key development of coordinated onsite data aggregation solutions which served as the foundation for MedAssurant’s Integrated Data Collection Tools (iDCT™) and the company’s Site Review Support Application (SRSA™) which now empower highly efficient, nationwide data aggregation in more than 150,000 clinical facilities. While at the Medical Reliance Group, Mr. Lasch oversaw its substantial expansion from the delivery of its first onsite practitioner and clinical facility credentialing review in Michigan in 1999 to providing onsite and remote services to 42 states in 2006 and all 50 states today. Prior to transitioning to the Medical Reliance Group, Mr. Lasch was President of Diversified Medical Staffing LLC (DMS), the Medical Reliance Group’s medical staffing company, from 1995 through 1998. Mr. Lasch holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Michigan State University.

Stephen E. Coy – Vice President, Healthcare Data Intelligence Products
Mr. Coy serves as the Vice President of MedAssurant’s Healthcare Data Intelligence business line known as Insights™. In this role Mr. Coy holds the responsibility for the product and service development, implementation, maintenance, expansion and support of the Company’s healthcare data intelligence tools driving healthcare analytical insight in performance measurement, outcomes research, and health economics. Prior to joining MedAssurant, Mr. Coy served as Senior Vice President of the American College of Cardiology (ACC), serving as General Manager of the business division for data registries, digital products, and analytic reporting – responsible for the strategy, product development, outcomes research, clinical support, and technology management for the cardiovascular data pertaining to practitioners, health plans, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers. During his six-year tenure at the ACC, Mr. Coy was responsible for significant expansion within the healthcare community and a greater than a 500% revenue expansion within the data business lines. Prior to ACC, Mr. Coy was Vice President and General Manager of eHealthFIRST (now owned by United/Ingenix through acquisition), a healthcare data and information service and analytics business that provided comparisons of medical practice patterns, costs and outcomes to national, state, and peer group benchmarks for the healthcare industry. Prior to co-founding eHealthFIRST, Mr. Coy served at the healthcare management consulting firms of Ernst & Young and Booz - Allen & Hamilton . Prior to his consulting experience, Mr. Coy was the Director of Product Management at Ferranti Healthcare Systems, an international healthcare information systems provider, and the Director of Patient Business Operations at Washington Adventist Hospital. Mr. Coy received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Columbia Union College.

David Norris – Vice President of Software Development
Mr. Norris serves as the Vice President of Software Development at MedAssurant. In this role Mr. Norris holds the responsibility for the design, development, lifecycle management, support, and operation of all internally developed systems and applications that empower MedAssurant’s products, services, and support relationships. Prior to joining MedAssurant, Mr. Norris served an extensive career at Microsoft, where he served in multiple capacities over his 24 years at the firm. Early in his career at Microsoft, Mr. Norris managed debugging and testing processes for the early-stage corporation. Mr. Norris went on to play key roles in the development and oversight of several key consumer areas including Windows Mobile applications, Office and Developer Division. In addition to subsequent tenures in managing advanced technologies, voice command recognition, and gaming applications, Mr. Norris was selected as a leader in the Microsoft Engineering Excellence group, where he developed and promulgated best practices in software development processes, techniques, and tools throughout Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Norris’ most recent assignment at Microsoft was to lead the development of projects within Microsoft’s China-focused strategies. Mr. Norris received his Bachelors of Electrical Engineering degree from the United States Air Force Academy, and his Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology degree from Capella University.

Daniel J. Holohan III - Vice President of Infrastructure and Technology Operations
Mr. Holohan serves as the Vice President of Infrastructure and Technology Operations where he is responsible for the corporate software and hardware infrastructure, system security, compliance with customer data privacy regulations, delivery of products and services to clients, and interactions of Company’s websites and Internet entities. Mr. Holohan has over 24 years of experience in application development, infrastructure design and management and global support strategies. Prior to joining MedAssurant, Mr. Holohan led the Enterprise Services team at AOL Inc. where he managed a portfolio and staff spanning three continents. At AOL, Mr. Holohan was responsible for ERP applications operations, enterprise software architecture and engineering, data warehouse operations, mergers and acquisitions integrations, asset management and global technology support. He was also responsible for maintaining SOX controls, PCI compliance, and performing IT Risk and Compliance Audits on corporate systems. Preceding this role he led the Global Service Delivery team where he defined, developed and delivered support to over 15,000 office and contact center employees across 14 domestic locations and six international sites. Mr. Holohan also served as Standards of Business Conduct advisor within AOL’s Technologies organization. Prior to joining AOL, Mr. Holohan spent 14 years at the Consolidated Edison Company of New York where he held various management positions spanning all areas of IT. While at Consolidated Edison, he architected the data warehouse systems of scientific and engineering information pertaining to Power Plant Operations and the migration of the largest installed client-server based AutoCAD system in the US. Mr. Holohan holds a Masters of Science degree from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce in Charlottesville, V.A. where he sits on the MSMIT Technical Advisory Board, and received a Bachelors of Business Administration from Pace University in New York, N.Y.

Scott Groussman – Vice President of Healthcare Data Insights, Data Analysis Toolsets
Mr. Groussman serves as a Vice President of Healthcare Data Insights, Data Analysis Toolsets for MedAssurant where he is responsible for product design, development, and implementation of advanced data analytical toolsets for applications of Comparative Effectiveness Research (CER), Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR), Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Sets (HEDIS®), and clinical trials and research initiatives within custom datasets and registry initiatives. Prior to joining MedAssurant, Mr. Groussman served for 13 years as CEO of Catalyst Technologies where he was responsible for the development and expansion of the company’s clinical and quality outcomes measurement capabilities from the company’s formation in 1996 through to its acquisition by MedAssurant in 2009. During his tenure at Catalyst, Mr. Groussman led the rise of Catalyst to become the country’s largest and most respected HEDIS administrative data processor across tens of millions of members of commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare programs. Prior to his co-founding of Catalyst Technologies, Mr. Groussman developed the HEDIS audit and outside verification process pilot in 1994 for NCQA, the state of Maryland’s HealthCare Access and Cost Commission (the first to establish and implement a statewide program of mandatory reporting of audited HEDIS data), the original North Central Texas HEDIS Coalition, and the Health Pages regional report card projects. Mr. Groussman also served on NCQA’s Audit Methodology Expert Panel and was in NCQA’s first class of Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditors. Preceding his work in clinical and quality outcomes analysis, Mr. Groussman led technology support for True Basic (a Kemeny and Kutz company); served as a graphical user interface designer at Health Economics Corporation (a Halliburton company); and served as a design engineer of the Information Delivery System (IDS) infrastructure at Value Health Management (a Value Health company). Mr. Groussman graduated with a BA in computer science from Dartmouth College.

Jonathon Moon – Vice President of Clinical & Quality Outcomes Analysis and Improvement Solutions
Mr. Moon serves as Vice President of the Clinical and Quality Outcomes Analysis and Improvement Solutions Services for MedAssurant where he is responsible for the day-to-day operational management, development, oversight, and quality provision of MedAssurant’s nationwide clinical and quality outcomes data aggregation, analysis, reporting, and improvement service for clients in all 50 states. Prior to joining MedAssurant, Mr. Moon served as President of Catalyst Technologies where he was responsible for the operational implementation of all versions of the company’s clinical and quality outcomes measurement capabilities from 1998 through to its acquisition by MedAssurant in 2009. During his tenure at Catalyst, Mr. Moon was responsible for the application of Catalyst’s proprietary Quality Spectrum healthcare data analysis systems to design and implement the measure flowcharts and medical record review forms that are used for the production of all HEDIS measure rates, as well as a wide array of state-specific reporting requirements including QARR in New York, EQRO in Pennsylvania, MRMIB in California, and customized health plan studies throughout the country. While at Catalyst, Mr. Moon was also responsible for the oversight of all personnel training and client support activities. Prior to his joining Catalyst Technologies in 1998, Mr. Moon taught in the private sector and in the Peace Corps. Mr. Moon graduated Magna cum laude with an A.B. in English from Dartmouth College.

Heather Ramsey – Vice President, Medical Record Review Operations
Ms. Ramsey serves as Vice President of Medical Record Review Operations where she is responsible for management, oversight, and quality provision of all medical record review integration and service delivery operations for medical data abstraction and review projects across the Company’s solutions.  In this role and formerly as the COO of Medical Site Reviewers (MSR) (the medical records review division of the Company), Ms. Ramsey has overseen three successive year’s of triple-digit growth in medical record review and abstraction services which has now scaled to execute upwards of 20,000 onsite, remote, and electronic medical record (EMR) reviews and abstractions per day.  Furthermore, she was integrally involved in the development and oversaw the nationwide deployment of chart review services per ICD-9 requirements in support of the Company’s Medicare Capitation Risk Adjustment (CARA™) product.  Prior to joining MSR, Ms. Ramsey was Director of Programs at The Guidance Center, a large mental health agency based in Michigan.  As Director of Programs, Ms. Ramsey was responsible for project management, strategic planning, program development, and staff supervision.  She oversaw budget development and financial management of specialty programs, and was involved in the development and implementation of a system to monitor staff/clinic productivity across 14 locations.  Previously, Ms. Ramsey served as Program Director for Rainbow Rehabilitation, Inc., the largest head injury program in Michigan.  Ms. Ramsey was in charge of maintaining Company human resources, interfaced with external customers, oversaw the maintenance of facilities in accordance with State licensing and other accrediting bodies, ensured quality care by directly supervising professional staff, and oversaw budgets and revenues.  Ms. Ramsey holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kalamazoo College.  Prior to her studies in the U.S., Ms. Ramsey attended the International Institute in Madrid, Spain.

Phillip W. Traylor – Vice President, Care Management Operations
Mr. Traylor serves as Vice President of Care Management Operations for MedAssurant. In this role, Mr. Traylor holds responsibility for all operations necessary for service delivery of the Company's Care Management product lines.  Prior to assuming his current position with MedAssurant, Mr. Traylor served as Vice President of both the HealthCare Decision Support and Wellness operations within the OptumHealth division of UnitedHealth Group.  In this role, Mr. Traylor oversaw business restructuring and new product launches into the operation, including implementing innovative new operating models and process, technology and organizational change.  Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Mr. Traylor was a Senior Manager at Accenture where he assisted clients across industries achieve better return on their IT investments including development of key IT strategies and operating models.  Key clients included British Petroleum (Global IT), a number of regional Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, several large national health plans and several focused regional health plans.  Mr. Traylor is a Six Sigma Executive Black Belt and received his B.S. degree in Operations Management & Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.

Jason Z. Rose, MHSA – Vice President, Care Management Products
Mr. Rose serves as Vice President of Care Management Products for MedAssurant.  In this role, Mr. Rose holds responsibility for the execution of product design, development, implementation, and business development and expansion of the Company's Care Management product lines.  Prior to assuming his current position with MedAssurant, Mr. Rose served as Senior Vice President of Public Programs Health and Disease Management Services for APS Healthcare, Inc., a leading provider of specialty healthcare solutions, where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of Health and Disease Management programs across the Public Programs division.  Prior to joining APS Healthcare, Mr. Rose served as Vice President of Special Operations for INSPIRIS, Inc. where he was responsible for the creation and management of the suite of care management offerings for improving continuity of care across acute and post acute settings.  Before joining INSPIRIS, Mr. Rose served as Assistant Vice President, IT&S for Ardent Health Services.  In this role, Mr. Rose was responsible for the creation, implementation, and standardization of processes using leading technologies within the healthcare arena.  Prior to joining Ardent Health Services, Mr. Rose served as a consultant for Cap Gemini Ernest & Young (now Accenture) and Cerner Corporation.   As a consultant, Mr. Rose was engaged in the implementation of project development strategy and work plans within hospital and health system environments and lead numerous transformation projects within the Health-Managed Sector.  He earned his MHSA degree from The George Washington University.  Mr. Rose received a B.S. degree in Psychology from Radford University.

William H. Shupert, III - Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Administration
Mr. Shupert serves as Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Administration for MedAssurant. In this role, he is responsible for overall leadership of the human resources, facilities and administration functions, including development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, compensation and benefits programs, talent acquisition, employee development initiatives and regulatory compliance as well as facilities planning, facilities operations and administration. Mr. Shupert has more than twenty-five years of human resources and general management experience in dynamic, high-growth technology industries. Prior to joining MedAssurant, he was Vice President, Human Resources for Bill Me Later, Inc. an eCommerce provider of consumer credit, technology and marketing services to on-line merchants, which was recognized as one of the United States’ fastest growing technology companies and was acquired by eBay, Inc. in 2008. Preceding his tenure at Bill Me Later, Mr. Shupert served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Modus Media International, a rapid growth, $1 billion supply-chain logistics provider with over 3,000 employees within 21 centers across the U.S., Europe and Asia where he was responsible for developing and implementing global compensation, benefits, and productivity incentive plans. Prior to his time with Modus Media, Mr. Shupert served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for The Learning Company, Inc., a $1 billion company where he assisted in the identification, due diligence, and completion of 14 acquisitions totaling 1,500 employees and $500 million in revenue over 24 months, as well as post-acquisition human resource integration following the company’s acquisition by Mattel, Inc. Preceding his tenure at The Learning Company / Mattel, Mr. Shupert has also served in various positions in human resources and administration within 3Com Corporation, Proteon, Inc., Siemens, and Digital Equipment Corporation. He was a founder of the 128/495 Human Resources Association in Massachusetts and is a contributor to numerous HR articles on management development, and best practices in talent acquisition and employee retention. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
