Nathan W. Eastman, C.P.A
Vice President of Finance
Mr. Eastman serves as Vice President of Finance for MedAssurant where he is responsible for the oversight of all financial activities, reporting, audit, and related compliance obligations of the Company.
Prior to joining MedAssurant, Mr. Eastman served as Senior Director of Client Audit at Express Scripts, Inc. where he was responsible for facilitating third party commercial and regulatory audits. In this role, he coordinated internal efforts between operations, finance, and client relations in order to provide robust, timely and accurate audit information, and analysis to Express Scripts clients.
Prior to Express Scripts, Mr. Eastman served for 12 years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC, where his most recent role was that of Director of Transaction Services. In this role Mr. Eastman was responsible for the provision of expert technical accounting and valuation advice, diligence team oversight, and client relationship management for both private equity and corporate clients. Also while at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Eastman served as chairman of the staff evaluation committee, served in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services Group, and advised on both domestic and international technical accounting and reporting issues.
Mr. Eastman holds a master of business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He received a bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
