Daniel J. Holohan III

Vice President of Infrastructure & Technology Operations

 

Mr. Holohan serves as the Vice President of Infrastructure and Technology Operations where he is responsible for the corporate software and hardware infrastructure, system security, compliance with customer data privacy regulations, delivery of products and services to clients, and interactions of Company’s websites and Internet entities. Mr. Holohan has over 24 years of experience in application development, infrastructure design and management, and global support strategies.

Prior to joining MedAssurant, Mr. Holohan led the Enterprise Services team at AOL Inc. where he managed a portfolio and staff spanning three continents. At AOL, Mr. Holohan was responsible for ERP applications operations, enterprise software architecture and engineering, data warehouse operations, mergers and acquisitions integrations, asset management and global technology support. He was also responsible for maintaining SOX controls, PCI compliance, and performing IT Risk and Compliance Audits on corporate systems.

Preceding this role he led the Global Service Delivery team where he defined, developed and delivered support to over 15,000 office and contact center employees across 14 domestic locations and six international sites. Mr. Holohan also served as Standards of Business Conduct advisor within AOL’s Technologies organization.

Prior to joining AOL, Mr. Holohan spent 14 years at the Consolidated Edison Company of New York where he held various management positions spanning all areas of IT. While at Consolidated Edison, he architected the data warehouse systems of scientific and engineering information pertaining to Power Plant Operations and the migration of the largest installed client-server based AutoCAD system in the US.

Mr. Holohan holds a masters of science degree from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce in Charlottesville, V.A. where he sits on the MSMIT Technical Advisory Board, and received a bachelors of Business Administration from Pace University in New York, N.Y.​​​​​​
